Ive seen them multiform times, it kind of looks similar to a skirt shawl with a edge which goes all a approach around a shawl though is ragged with infrequent garments similar to jeans, shorts, whatever…What have been those hats called or where can we buy them, we instruct we had a pic though we havent been means to find them upon a net.
